We facilitate highly secure regulatory data and document report filing and dissemination of 3.5m documents annually to 60+ national competent authorities (NCAs) across Continental Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia, thanks to our proprietary transmission and communication platform.
This includes 14 different regulatory submissions, including notifications, periodic reports, KIID updates, AIF and AIFM regulatory reporting also within Circular 19/708 and UCITS IV frameworks for all Luxembourg funds and fund registration for 70% of Luxembourg funds.
The platform provides a gateway for compliant submission to Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier`s (CSSF) of domestic funds cross-border notification, as well as monitoring and full history of submissions ensuring traceability via a single portal.
It is a complementary solution to Global Funds Registration and Facilities Services making up a suite of our scalable solutions ensuring speed to market, reduction in resource overheads and cost-efficiency.
